The Comparative Literature Department invites you to a reading by and conversation with André Aciman: “Writing from Memory”

André Aciman is the author of the novels Harvard Square, Call Me by Your Name and Eight White Nights, the memoir Out of Egypt, and two books of essays, Alibis and False Papers.  He is the chair of Comparative Literature at the CUNY Graduate Center and director of the Writers’ Institute.  He has written for The New York Times,  The Wall Street Journal, The New Republic, The New Yorker, Paris Review, Granta, The American Scholar

The event is free and open to the Public. Light refreshments will be served.
